If Eve doesn't understand your request:
- Rephrase your request using simpler language.
- Include relevant financial terms where possible.
- Break complex requests into smaller questions.
If the issue persists:
- Contact your Support Team.
- Always verify critical financial information before taking action.
Eve can make mistakes — always verify critical financial dataSummary
Eve provides two complementary ways to work with Efimis:
Eve Chat
Use natural language within Efimis to ask questions, analyse financial information, generate reports and export results.
Eve Automation
Send requests to Eve by email to perform supported tasks such as drafting invoices, recording time, creating cost recoveries, generating reports and creating requisitions (where enabled).
Both experiences use the same Efimis security model, ensuring users can only access data and perform actions they are authorised to use.
Whether you're analysing information in Eve Chat or automating work through Eve Automation, Eve uses the same Efimis permissions to ensure secure, authorised access to data and actions.
