Setting Up Fee Earner Targets
Overview
Fee Earner Targets allow firms to define performance goals and measure progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Targets are used throughout Efimis to compare actual performance against expected performance within dashboard widgets and performance reports.
Supported Target Types
| Target Type | Measures |
|---|---|
| Billing | Value of billed fees |
| Collected Fees | Value of fees collected |
| WIP (Work in Progress) | Value of recorded work in progress |
| Billable Hours(new) | Recorded billable hours against expected productivity targets |
What's New
Billable Hours targets introduce a new productivity-based target type that measures recorded billable hours rather than financial values.
Unlike Billing, WIP and Collected Fees targets, Billable Hours compare actual recorded billable hours against expected productivity targets. These targets are available throughout Efimis, including the Time Performance dashboard widget and the Fee Earner Performance Report.
Where Targets Are Used
Published Fee Target Sets are used throughout Efimis, including:
- Time Performance dashboard widget
- Revenue Performance dashboard widget
- Fee Earner Performance Report
Fee Earners can compare their actual performance against the configured targets for the selected reporting period.
