Notification Category - Firm Settings

Overview

The Notification category controls how system communications are configured across Efimis.

It governs:

  • Email defaults
  • Message quarantine (email delay control)
  • Notification preferences (rules & triggers)
  • Notification templates (message content structure)

Email Defaults

Purpose

Defines the standard identity and sender details for all system-generated emails.

Configurable Fields

  • Firm Logo (default branding)
  • From / Reply-To Email Address
  • From / Reply-To Display Name

Action

  • Enter required values
  • Click SAVE

These settings ensure all system emails maintain consistent firm branding.


Message Quarantine Configuration 

Purpose

Controls a time delay before system-generated emails are sent.

How it works

  • Automated emails enter a quarantine period
  • Emails remain held before sending
  • Allows review before release

  • Reduces risk of sending incorrect or premature emails

Purpose

Purpose
