How to re-install
Re-installing can fix a number of different issues. To re-install, please follow the steps below.
Note 1. You may be prompted to log back in after the re-installation, so make sure you know your username and password.
Note 2. You may need to contact your IT team if they have restricted uninstalling or installing software.
- Close down the system and all Windows applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Navigate to programs and features (the easiest way to do this is to go to your windows search bar > type in "appwiz.cpl".
- Right-click on > Uninstall (if you are prompted to enter Administrator details which you do not have, contact your IT team).
- After it has finished uninstalling, download the installer here: Installer
- Run the installer file and follow the prompts.
