Overview


In order for EvolveGo to load your firm's data quickly on demand, it caches that information on your computer. Over time, your EvolveGo program may take up increasing amounts of room on your computer's hard drive due to all the data being cached. If you have limited hard drive space, this may cause issues with storing documents and programs outside of EvolveGo. 


We recommend logging out of EvolveGo whenever you notice the EvolveGo program taking up more than 10GB of space on your hard drive. Logging out deletes cached data and will noticeably bring your EvolveGo file size to approximately 8GB.


To log out and log back into EvolveGo:

1. Close all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

2. If you have any files stuck uploading, cancel them via the  ↑↓ button.
3. Click on your name on the top-right corner and select Log out.


4.  Confirm that you wish to log out from EvolveGo.


5. Once you're successfully logged out, enter your EvolveGo credentials to log back in again.
