Overview

The Tasks View allows you to see all your tasks as well as all staff's tasks. You can view previously completed tasks or any tasks that have not been assigned a due date.


You can filter tasks by category. Phone messages are considered tasks and therefore can also be located in the tasks view.  You can also create a Quick task.


NOTE: The tasks view in this article is Advanced Tasks which is optional for firms and can be activated by request.


To Access the Tasks View


1. On the home screen navigate to Tasks.



2. You can view Tasks by Assignees.



3. You can view Tasks by Categories. 



4. You can view Tasks by the To Do, Completed or Waiting for due date lists. 



5. You can create a Custom View (5), as well as create a Quick task (6).



6. You can check tasks as completed (7) or navigate to each matter (8).



To Access the Tasks in a Matter


1. To view tasks related to a particular matter, within the matter select the Tasks tab (9).
