Firm Insights
Overview
EvolveGo has a number of easy to read Dashboards and Reports to help you understand how your business is running. These New Business Dashboards, Matter, Matter type and Fee Earner reporting.
The Firm Insights dashboard is only available to Firm Owners.
Accessing Firm Insights
The Firm Insights Dashboards are accessed via the Firm Insights tab on the main home screen.
There are 4 sections withing Firm Insights that offer the following reports:
Dashboards
A suite of pre-made dashboards:
- New Business Insights
- Conveyancing/Settlement Insights
- Activity Insights
- New Matter Insights
- Lead Insights
- Hourly Billing Performance
Matter
Customisable reports on:
- Matters with activity performed
- Matters Opened
- Matters Closed
- Matters with a Settlement date
Filtered by Matter type, Person Responsible or Billing Type.
Matter Type
Similar report to the Matter section, but matters are consolidated into their respective Matter Types.
Fee Earner
Activities and fees recorded during a specified time period.
