You may notice that when going to file an email into EvolveGo, it is disappearing after about 15 seconds.


The most likely cause of this is because it has already been filed by one of your colleagues, and EvolveGo will actively try to prevent duplicate emails being filed.


In order to confirm this, navigate to the Search bar > documents > then search the subject or contents of the email.


Go through the results and confirm whether any of the results match the email. If the email is already showing, you can right-click on it and open file location >right-click on the document in the matter >  properties > then view the history to see who filed it.
