If you have forgotten your EvolveGo password, please use the steps below in order to reset the password:



Option A - If you are logged into the desktop application:

1. Click File > Reset Password
2. Follow the prompt to reset your password.


Option. B If you are not logged into the desktop application


1. Make sure you are logged out of the desktop application. Then close and re-open it.


2. Click the “Forgot Password” button on the desktop login page and enter your Email address.

3. This will send a verification code to your email address.


4. Use the verification code and enter a new password:


5. Use the updated password to log back into the desktop and browser of EvolveGo.
